Terms & Conditions
- Monthly subscription – all prices are GST inclusive
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- All vehicles must undergo a Complete Detail or higher prior to commencement
- Memberships are designed for ongoing maintenance, not restoration
- Excessively soiled vehicles may require additional charges or an upgrade to a full detail
- Extra-large vehicles (e.g. full-size utes, large 7-seaters, or vehicles significantly larger than a standard SUV) will incur additional fees
- Cancellation policy: After the minimum 3-month term, 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel
- Pause options: Memberships can be paused for up to 2 months per year (e.g. for holidays or extended travel) with 14 days’ notice
- Rescheduling & forfeit: Visits can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed visits without notice may be forfeited (no credit or refund for that month)
